BITECH SYSTEMS PROPRIETARY LICENSE (2026)

1. Ownership
   All source code, designs, documentation and configuration identified with
   this notice are the confidential property of Bitech Systems.

2. No license by default
   No right to use, copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit the materials
   is granted without Bitech Systems' prior written permission, except as
   provided in a signed SLA or contract with Bitech Systems.

3. Licensed customers
   If you are a customer under a current SLA/contract with Bitech Systems, your
   use is governed by that agreement. You may use AI tools on the materials
   only where that agreement allows it, or where you have written permission.

4. Other systems
   Other software, products or services may not use the materials without
   written permission.

5. AI and machine learning
   Without the permission or contract rights above, no AI or ML system
   (including LLMs and code assistants) may access, read, analyze, summarize,
   train on, or generate code from the materials.

6. Confidentiality
   Keep the materials confidential. Give access only to authorized persons.

7. No warranty
   The materials are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Bitech
   Systems is not liable for their use.

8. Enforcement
   Unauthorized use may result in legal action and is a breach of SLA/contract,
   which can lead to immediate termination of services.

9. Permission requests
   Send written requests to admin@bitechsystems.co.za, including your company name,
   the script or process ID, and the intended use.
