1. PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

All source code, designs, documentation, architecture, configuration, and
other materials contained in this repository (the "Materials") are the
proprietary and confidential information of Bitech Systems ("Bitech").

2. NO LICENSE GRANTED

No right or license is granted to any person or entity to use, copy, modify,
merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit the
Materials, in whole or in part, except with the explicit prior written
permission of Bitech Systems.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE BY OTHER SYSTEMS

The Materials may not be used by any other software system, product, or
service without the explicit prior written permission of Bitech Systems.

4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING

Bitech Systems does not grant permission to any outside artificial
intelligence or machine learning system, model, agent, crawler, or service
(including, without limitation, large language models and code assistants) to
access, scan, index, read, analyze, or use the Materials, whether for
training, fine-tuning, evaluation, retrieval, code generation, or any other
purpose. The Materials may not be used as input to, or incorporated into the
training data of, any such system. Any such use requires explicit prior
written permission from Bitech Systems.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Materials must be kept confidential and may only be accessed by persons
authorized by Bitech Systems.

6. NO WARRANTY

THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
BITECH SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MATERIALS OR THEIR USE.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized use of the Materials is a violation of Bitech Systems' rights
and may result in legal action.
